This course gives you an insiders view on Burnout. You will learn about:

  1. Burnout Diagnosis
  2. Possible Causes for Burnout
  3. Burnout Risk Factors
  4. Ways of Preventing Burnout
  5. Treating Burnout

The course will take you about 30-45 minutes. You are encouraged to take the course, use the information provided to reflect on your life, and create a specific plan of action for your own life to help prevent or treat burnout.
